I am happy to report that I am finally getting started on Project BATVAN! I originally purchased this 1976 Chevrolet G-10 Van from the original owner in 2009. Long-story short; I drove it for a little while, had the transmission rebuilt put new tires on it and then parked it.
We did use it during our Mystery Inc. Cosplay year (2012).
So, the first step to getting it back on the road? Get that pesky non-working passenger side front turn-signal repaired!
“BatVan?”, you say, “but it’s IncrediBell Blue”. Right, I know. But, I am doing this in baby-steps. And, when I am done with this project it will be black, with red highlights. My inspiration is the 1966 George Barris Batmobile… with some IncrediBell tweaks.
