I recently ordered a couple of great products from the people at LaserGnomes .
The two products I ordered, the MEGAFIRE and the SLUGFIRE, are both designed to enhance the performance of the somewhat underperforming Nerf SledgeFire.
The SledgeFire is Nerf’s “shotgun” style blaster from the ZombieStrike series. It fires 3 darts three darts from these slick little handy-dandy cartridges.
Unfortunately the range, accuracy and firing strength of the SledgeFire isn’t all that great. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a fun blaster! But, the use of these new products from LaserGnomes makes in even More Fun by increasing this blaster’s versatility.
Lazergnomes MEGAFIRE! ($15 US) transforms the SledgeFire into a mega dart launching blaster! This 3D printed product does wonders to increase the range and accuracy of the SledgeFire.
“Watch out on the receiving end!”
The SlugFire ($10 US) takes the air pressure that is normally divide amongst the 3 chambers of the SledgeFire cartridge and diverts it into one chamber! Allowing for MUCH greater range and accuracy from any of the elite style darts! And, trust me, it increases their hitting power tremendously. Your opponent will know when they’ve been tagged! I have become very found of this particular addition to my Nerf arsenal.
